Todd J. Bard
Partner & Co-Founder, LEE Thermal Energy Storage
Todd J. Bard is the Partner and Co-Founder of LEE Thermal Energy Storage, which he launched with his son Elijah. LEE Thermal is the premier U.S. distributor of Sunamp, a global leader in thermal energy storage technology. In his role, Todd focuses on building strategic partnerships to expand the impact of this innovative energy solution across the country.
He also serves as CEO and President of LEE Energy Group and EvanLEE Organics, and is a Partner in Big Yield Growers, a certified organic indoor farm based in Endicott, NY. Todd brings decades of entrepreneurial experience and leadership to each of these ventures.
Beyond business, he is active in civic and philanthropic work. He serves on the Curry College President’s Council and is Treasurer of the EvvGirl Foundation, named in honor of his daughter, Evan Bard.
In his personal time, Todd enjoys staying active through hockey and fitness, and cherishes time with his wife Barbara and their children, Leisl and Elijah.
Elijah Bard

Elijah Bard is the Partner and Co-Founder of LEE Thermal Energy Storage, which he launched alongside his father. LEE Thermal is the premier U.S. distributor of Sunamp, a world leader in thermal energy storage technology based in Scotland. Elijah is passionate about transforming how homes and businesses use energy—making systems smarter, cleaner, and more efficient.
He also serves as Vice President of Business Development for LEE Energy Group, where he focuses on strategic growth and international opportunities. As a key force behind the growth of both family-owned companies, Elijah values the unique opportunity to work closely with his father.
Elijah earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Endicott College, where he was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team—an experience that shaped his strong work ethic and dedication to teamwork.
Outside of work, Elijah enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
